GoldHaven Files for Listing on the OTCQB

Vancouver, British Columbia, July 21, 2020: GoldHaven Resources Corp. (formerly Altum Resources Corp.) (the “Company” or “GoldHaven”) (CSE: GOH) is pleased to report that they have applied for its common shares to be listed for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, a United States trading platform operated by the OTC Markets Group in New York. The Company will provide further information once its common shares commence trading.

The OTCQB is the premiere marketplace for early-stage and developing U.S. and international companies that are committed to providing a high-quality trading and information experience for their U.S. investors.

The OTCQB quality standards provide a strong baseline of transparency as well as the technology and regulation to improve the information and trading experience for investors.

The Company believes that trading on the OTCQB will provide additional liquidity and increase its visibility within the U.S. capital markets.

GoldHaven will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) under its symbol C:GOH.
