GoldHaven CEO Provides Shareholder Update

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 10, 2021) - GoldHaven Resources Corp. (CSE: GOH) (OTCQB: GHVNF) (FSE: 4QS) ("GoldHaven" or the "Company") reports that all outstanding $0.35 warrants have been exercised and/or expired as of last Friday, December 3, 2021. GoldHaven's Treasury now stands at over $3M, and the Company has zero debt.

Daniel Schieber, GoldHaven's CEO, comments: "Today, with our strong treasury, we are well positioned to meet our 2022 goals. In the near-term, we are expecting assay results from our Smoke Mountain and Newfoundland projects. In addition, our world-class technical team in Chile recently identified 10 new targets on our Alicia and Roma properties, which will be the focus of our Chilean Phase 2 exploration program."

The filing of our annual audited financials was completed on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, which has brought the Company back to trading.
