About GoldHaven Resources
Unlocking Mineral Wealth in the Americas
GoldHaven Resources Corp. (CSE: GOH, OTCQB: GHVNF, FSE: 4QS) is a Canadian junior exploration company dedicated to unlocking the next generation of precious metal and critical mineral discoveries across the Americas. With a portfolio spanning Brazil and Canada, GoldHaven is focused on advancing gold, silver, copper, and critical minerals projects in premier jurisdictions recognized for world-class deposits and mining-friendly policies.
Our strategy is to pair modern exploration techniques with de-risked acquisition opportunities — projects that already demonstrate strong geological potential, existing infrastructure, and historic exploration data. By applying advanced geophysics, geochemistry, and drilling programs to these proven mineral belts, we aim to accelerate discovery, expand resources, and position projects for future development.
GoldHaven is uniquely positioned at the intersection of two powerful global trends:

Precious metals as a hedge against inflation, monetary volatility, and geopolitical uncertainty.

Critical minerals which are essential to electrification, renewable energy, and global infrastructure expansion
Through disciplined capital allocation, technical rigor, and responsible development, GoldHaven is building value for shareholders while contributing to the mineral supply chains of the future.
Our Projects
GoldHaven holds six projects across Brazil and Canada, with three flagship, 100%-owned assets as the foundation of its growth strategy:
Copeçal Gold Project | Mato Grosso, Brazil
A 3,681-hectare property in the Juruena Gold Province, one of Brazil’s most productive gold regions. Previously explored by AngloGold Ashanti, Copeçal is road-accessible, data-rich, and drill-ready.
Magno Project | British Columbia, Canada
A district-scale polymetallic property adjacent to the Cassiar mining district. Magno has a long history of exploration, high-grade past production, and strong CRD/porphyry potential.
Three Guardsmen Project | British Columbia, Canada
12 mineral tenures covering a highly prospective copper-gold skarn system near Haines Junction, BC, with historic discoveries of copper, gold, molybdenum, silver, and zinc.
